Landing on the leading edge $100
Glider lines = $50 each
Repair per cell = $100 each
Payment for shipping to and from for any repair work needed to be covered by the rentee
Bent swing arms from faceplant crashing = $350
If you break it, you are responsible for returning a new one to us, like new or buying the new one and you can keep the older damaged one.
Ex: you want to borrow a wing from us for kiting, that sounds great + works well 99.99% of the time.
The remaining 00.001% of the time shit happens, and when you damage a glider ( accidentally setting it down in a campfire ) we are forced to replace the entire glider and that costs up to $4500 sometimes, so with that said, you are going to be responsible for your actions. Which includes paying for a new paraglider for the school in the event you shred one in the prop, burn one in a fire etc.
Sorry to say that, but happy to say that you are responsible for returning the gear in the same shape you found it in, and if that is damaged in any way, your deposit will be used to repair the equipment first.
To be honest our rental policy was fruitful until one individual crashed a unit and lied to us about how he didn't crash it very hard…
So now on, from 2022 moving on into the next flights we are going to have a strict policy on using our stuff.
